New York – Nanjing Translation Forum

The first New York-Nanjing Translation Forum, organized by the M.S. in Publishing Program at Pace University and the School of Foreign Studies at Nanjing University, China, was held on May 3rd, 2019.

The forum is an international academic seminar focusing on Chinese and English translation theory and practice. It is co-sponsored by the Project for Developing Chinese Language Teachers in NYC, Chinese Language Teachers Association of Greater New York, Confucius Institute at Pace University, Nanjing Yilin Press, Nanjing Translators Association, and Shanghai UTH International.

Winners of the Edgell and Littleford Scholarship

We are pleased to announce the winners of the Edgell and Littleford scholarships. Congratulations to Anita Ofori and Errin Taylor Maye, this year’s winners! They wrote essays which showed their knowledge and excitement of B2B magazines. We wish them the best of luck and hope this encourages them to continue their journeys with the B2B industry.

Application Deadline Graduate Assistantship

There is a deadline coming up to apply to be one of the Graduate Assistant for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year – March 31st, 2019

The Graduate Assistantship is for first year graduate students who would be starting this upcoming Fall.

  • Two Graduate Assistants work Downtown and create the journals for Pace University Press.
  • Two Graduate Assistants in the Midtown Center work on the blog and social media.

Being a Graduate Assistant comes with the benefit of tuition reimbursement and a paid stipend for the year, as well as working with the Director of the program and faculty.

This is an amazing opportunity for incoming students to gain skills in the industry and help supplement their education!
