Tresa Chambers recently accepted a position as the Director of Communications at Texas A&M University-Commerce in Commerce, Texas. Her role includes developing and executing content strategy, brand guidelines, and media relations. She is also the editor-in-chief of the university’s alumni magazine, where she puts her knowledge of magazine publishing to great use.
Diana Cavallo was recently promoted to Manager of Sales Communications at ESPN, where she has been working for the past two years. She will be responsible for creating unique presentations and materials that ESPN’s TV, Digital, and Print salespeople utilize in client meetings.
Rachael Kelly is finishing her first year in the program. This summer, at Diversion Publishing Corp., Kelly will be the editorial intern for the EverAfter Romance imprint and the marketing intern for Radius Book Group. She will also be interning at McIntosh & Otis Literary Agency.
Christine Dijusto recently became an Associate Editor for the Oxford University Press.
Shauneice Robinson is finishing her first year in the program. This summer, she will be the Sales and Digital Intern at Hachette Book Group, where she hopes to find her place in the industry and learn all she needs to know to be successful in the field.
Jennifer Thompson is graduating this semester! While she has finished the program, she will now begin working at Rizzoli New York as an editorial assistant. She will specifically be working with its Universe Publishing imprint.
Shannon Mondesir is finishing her first semester in the program. This summer, she will be the editorial and production intern at Neuwirth & Associates Inc. This will be Mondesir’s first publishing internship, and she is excited for the opportunity to help publish books rather than just learn about the process.
