Us Weekly seeks an experienced Staff Editor with an encyclopedic knowledge of pop culture, a sense of humor and creativity to edit a section in the front of the book. He or she must be highly visual with the ability to multi-task and package photo-driven content in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Executive Editor.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating compelling ideas regularly, writing and editing copy on a tight deadline. He or she must possess excellent writing skills and 3 to 5 years’ experience working in entertainment news for a publication. Experience at a news weekly is preferred but not mandatory.

Daily ebook billing report verification and approval
Daily eBook Distribution and Metadata Verification
Weekly/Monthly Ebook Sales Report Creation and Distribution
Monthly Verification of eBook Sales and Invoicing
Ongoing metadata record creation and verification between internal systems and external sales channels
